Diamon international expansion seminar

Our annual international expansion seminar was a great success with amazing speakers and an engaged audience.

The seminar gave us many insights about doing business abroad. We learned about the hurdles of entering the Danish market, how we need to challenge all rules in order to survive in the future industry of retail, the importance of a true engaging story and new ways to enter the Chinese market. After a morning full of discussions regarding international expansion, we hope that you feel ready to take on the world!

Linda Bradley, Diamon, started off the morning by presenting trends within international expansion.

Mikael Bruun, IC Group, presented how Swedish retailers and brands must adapt to the Danish market to be successful.

Gabrielle Rosén, Veja, presented how the French brand have brought the world an ecologic sneaker.

Fredrik Wikholm, Dedicated Institute, explained how everyone must challenge the rules in order to survive in the industry of tomorrow.

Anton Sandqvist, Sandqvist, presented their amazing international journey and how Scandinavian backpacks now are sold in every corner of the world.

Sandra Svensson, Polarn O. Pyret, explained the opportunities and challenges of an online expansion into China through one of the worlds biggest market places, Tmall.
